📌 Digital Product Returns
Due to the nature of digital goods (instant access/download), we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered or downloaded.
🔁 Exceptions – What We Can Help With:
We may offer replacements or alternate access if:
- Your file is corrupted or incomplete.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and haven’t downloaded it.
- You experience technical issues accessing the product (and we can’t resolve them).

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell non-tangible digital products, refunds are only granted in specific situations.
💸 When Refunds Are Approved:
We may issue a full or partial refund if:
- The product was never delivered due to a system error or payment issue.
- You receive a non-functioning or defective file, and we are unable to fix it.
- You made duplicate purchases by mistake.
All refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase.
🚫 No Refunds If:
- You’ve already downloaded or accessed the product successfully.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the product by mistake and downloaded it anyway.
🏦 Payments & Refund Timeline:
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via Razorpay, UPI, or your original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
